Plenty Thankful

In my attempt to give Thanksgiving its due,
I thought I'd share a vignette I put together on my vintage blue dresser.
{Are you getting the idea that I love this dresser?}

I kept this vignette in very muted tones.

I like the way the muted tones look against the chippy blue paint.

Of course, you can't have a Thanksgiving vignette
without a little turkey, now can you?

I've been visiting so many of you
and there seems to be a general consensus
throughout blogland...

...there is plenty to be thankful for!

  2. Beautiful, Gina. I love the paper crinkles for a turkey nest;-) I'll have to look for a decorative turkey to add to my pumpkin decor. I'm glad we have an extra week after Thanksgiving before December to get the Christmas decorating done. Have a wonderful week!

  22. I love that dresser too and if you lived next door it might just go missing!!! Your vignette is great and the curtain behind makes for wonderful pictures. I finally got Halloween put away and Thanksgiving up (probably just because we were having a party and I would have been embarrassed to still have Halloween up!)
